What exercises are the quickest results?
I weigh 130 and am "5'2, and had only a girl of about 6 months. I weighed 107 before getting pregnant, and I am losing weight. I was exercising every day for a week and a half every night, plus 2 that was very sick!, do a bit more to get better results. But not seem to do anything! And I know it takes time, but I bought this cute lingerie for Valentine's Day Valentine, and he seems to agree with me, but it is pure white, and painted, so you can see my stupid love handles! Anyway … What are the ways faster to lose about 10 kilos? Please do not mean that the answers! I'm not doing it for my man, I know he loves me, and my body, but what I want do this for me, because I want better for me too. Thanks in advance!
